Soul Level Living Worldwide was founded in 2025 by Jovie Cabasug, a U.S. Navy Chief Warrant Officer with 30 years of service, and Jessica Gonzalez, a dedicated community leader and advocate. After decades of leadership, service, and travel, Jovie recognized the need for an organization that not only provides material support but also nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.

Together, Jovie and Jessica established Soul Level Living Worldwide to awaken the soul, uplift underprivileged communities, and create opportunities for healing, education, and empowerment. The organization began with grassroots outreach in the Philippines and San Diego, building programs focused on wellness, mentorship, and community connection.
